Devious Journal Entry

So, here I am. Writing a journal about... I don't even know. I just wanted to try this journal skin (by 'ginkgografix), because it's possible today xD

Also, I think it was about time to write a new journal, just to show we're still alive. We're not drawing and painting very much lately. School is killing.
However, expect some Les Misérables and The Phantom of the Opera fanart in a few weeks. We're going to London in February and we want to have those two paintings finished when we leave. If life allows us to.
First we have to edit a drawing we made for our grandfather about two years ago. fav.me/d2ibw7i
My grandmother wanted there to be birds in de sky... My grandfather didn't bother about the birds, so I wonder why we even listened to our grandmother. :P
Alright, it isn't much work, so I shouldn't complain.
Unfortunately, we have to do a lot of work for school. Most important: the little animation we're making. It needs voices and must be finished in two weeks. One of those two weeks will contain a lot of exams (?), so... we're not all to happy about that.

Hm.. I think I should stop trying to write an interesting journal... because I fail at it and I should be doing more useful things at the moment. After all, I've done my duty: I installed the journal skin.

Well, I'm a bit late with saying it(actually, I'm 10 months too late), but I - Blackshadow93 - switched account. Now you can find my personal art on LacernellaRubra.deviantart.com.
You can find my twinsister still as GoldenLionofRa.

Also I want to say this account is still kind of active, but we don't have much art to upload right now. We're still thinking of Pokémon Gjinka's, but we don't really now how to make them: digital, with pencils or maybe with watercolours or something. And we don't know if we want to make them realistic, or more like manga/anime. Also we've made some art that's just not worth adding to our gallery.

Er... and if you just come across our account for the very first time: more information about why we started the account can be found in our previous journal. :aww:

...and now I'm tired... got up at 5:30 in the morning to deliver the newspaper and in five minutes I've to deliver another newspaper, so... bye! :D

One and a half year ago ~GoldenLionofRa and ~Blackshadow93 (that's me!) joined DeviantArt. (exact date: aug 22, 2007 for ~GoldenLionofRa and dec 26, 2007 for ~Blackshadow93) A friend (NiennaFelagund told us about this site and after a little time ~GoldenLionofRa decided to join DeviantArt. A few months later ~Blackshadow93 joined dA too.

The Other Half Of Me
Now, july 2009, we decided to make an account for both of us. We're not leaving our old accounts, but we just wanted an account for things we made together. We're twinsisters so we spend a lot of time together. (by the way: the fact that we're twinsisters is also the story behind the name "The Other Half Of Me", wich comes from the song "The Other Half (Of Me)" by Within Temptation. I readed somewhere that the song is about twins, so it didn't take long to took the name) We didn't make much paintings (or other things) together, but by getting older we made more things together. One of those things is already added on the account of ~Blackshadow93, 'cause at that time we hadn't a account for things we made together. The Future
We already uploaded some stuff we made together; Medusa and the Wolf. We uploaded them just to show this account will be used, because we both don't like the painting of Medusa and the picture of the Wolf isn't very well made so... I think you can say these two are just an example or something. At the moment we're making more thing: our mother wanted a painting of "Girl With The Pearl Earring", so we're trying to make that one. I don't think it will be good enough to show on dA. Also we've to make a painting for our grandmother and we've to practise with our new tablet (and the program ArtRage, wich is new for us) so we decided to "paint" the first 151 Pokémon in a human form. We both have enough fantasy to fill a world, so I think the next two/three months will be filled with art, art and art and probably some other things, like writing and delivering newspapers.

Well, I guess this was what I wanted to say.
